The aim of this initial interaction is to:
- perfect the client’s understanding of expatriation in Paraguay,
- help him to build his project by himself (information, tools and methodology),
- prepare the first trip in detail to maximize its effectiveness.
The objective is first of all to show what will not be possible in the client’s expectations and to prevent him from embarking on dead ends.
It is not our responsibility to:
generate motivation for the client
build his project for him.
The price includes
- 4 hours of exchanges by phone, WhatsApp or email
- research and formatting of information according to the content of the exchanges
- detailed work program for the first trip.
Two-year temporary residence permit
1175 € excl. VAT, for the first person
890 € excl. VAT, from the 2nd to the 5th person
820 € excl. VAT, from the 6th person
The price includes:
- Sending the client instructions on how to gather the necessary documents in his or her country of origin.
- Verification of the documents obtained before departure.
- Assistance with travel reservations.
- Reception at the airport and transfer to the chosen place of residence.
- Accompaniment, transportation and support during the tour of the various local administrations to obtain Paraguayan documents.
- The final verification meeting to compile the file with all its documents.
- Accompaniment and transportation for the submission of the file to the immigration office.
- Monitoring of the execution of the procedure.
- Accompaniment for the collection of residence papers.
All transportation (car and driver) is included, should only our vehicle is required. If more than one vehicle is required, the cost will be borne by the client (bearing in mind that Uber or Bolt are inexpensive in Paraguay).
Services are payable, at the customer’s discretion:
- in €, by bank transfer to one of our banks in France or Germany, or
- in Guarani (amount in € converted at the spot rate on the day of the invoice) and by bank transfer to our account in Paraguay.
Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. This is because the rules for applying VAT depend on the customer’s country of residence. Depending on the customer’s situation and the method of payment chosen, it is possible that no VAT will be payable.
Payment schedules:
For pure consulting services, without assistance with administrative procedures: payment upon receipt of invoice.
For other services:
- Deposit: 30% upon receipt of invoice (to ensure the client’s involvement in the process)
- Balance: once the file has been submitted for final processing by the administration (or notary)
Optional accommodation
If the client so wishes, we have two furnished and fully equipped flats ready (subject to availability).
Prices of apartments (to be paid on site in Guaraní)
- flat no. 1 (two people): 135,000 Gs per night including VAT (approx. €/$ 17)
- flat no. 2 (four people): 260,000 Gs per night including VAT (approx. €/$ 31)
Prices for other services
It is not possible for us to set a standard price, in the sense that
- the support services will depend on the complexity of the chosen life project
- the client may have acquired expertise that requires less of our involvement
- the regulations in force can change literally overnight. (As a result, we do not offer “all-inclusive” packages that include several administrative procedures.)
The spirit is that our fees should decrease
- with more than one person, if there are economies of scale.
- with each new service ordered, (The client will have acquired a way of doing things that will make our work easier.)
Once again, we are not here for “shooing at the migratory birds” of the day.
We seek to create a supportive community and long-term relationships.
Important note:
We provide support at every stage, but the client remains responsible for gathering all the required documents and completing the procedures.
Firstly, while the officials of the Paraguayan administrations appreciate our support in making their work easier, the procedure involves your direct responsibility.
Secondly, it is YOUR life project. It would not be healthy for you to start by being assisted, when in Paraguay the culture of assistance is almost non-existent…
